I bought a used engine from them and it was sent my mechanic and after it was installed it did drive right and the mechanic told me that one of the pistons is bad. Two months later this company has still not responded satisfactorily. The customer service agents there keep sending me to their supervisor (Sancho) who never answers any phone calls. I have talk to Cheryl and Sandy in customer service and besides transferring me to Sancho they told me they only have the one supervisor and could not give me any owner information.
