Awful, awful! I have been a non-paid member for years and only last week decided to join for 2 years. It is an embarassment. I get notifications of 107 visits to my profile and still asks me to upgrade to view. Also, so many of my classmates (and other class members) are deceased and Classmates.com still shows them not only as active but invites everyone to wish a Happy Birthday or "say hi". Whoever runs this site should be ashamed and make efforts to correct all. The reviews and ratings unfortunately speak for themselves. Am now on hold to find a rep to speak to, but not impressed at all so far. Shame on you. Great idea but today's world shameful service and presence.Don User's recommendation: Do not pay for this site. awful (will change opinion if they improve).
