A young lady came to the house, all seemed good; very nice and polite lady (IHl) however i think she was in over her head ..after her quick visit was done i called her a few days later to explain to her we have a cral space not a slab along with a few other mistakes and to ask her a few question on the low ball apprial was formed, she said she was sick and cant talk but she will have Lisa her assistant call me .. still waiting 5 days now. Her apprial was basiaclly the same as it was 2 years ago when the house was partially finished i.e. missing siding interior staircase foyer completey rebuillt hardwood etc. decking to mention a few, so i just wanted to ask her a few queztions. and not getting any reply. my guess is have a Bank appreiser not a independent company with independent agaents.
