USAA has changed for the worse.

Not sure this is relevant to the new CEO or not but I agree with the overall sentiment...USAA has changed drastically over past couple months and it indeed SUCKS!! I cannot transfer funds from one of my accounts to another and yes funds are available. Cant get anyone on phone as CS is skeletal on weekends now. Waits of 25min plus so get in line waiting for call back three times now only to get that call from a generic BOT telling me they are unable to complete call back process. I will be leaving USAA for a local credit union as it seems ISAA is on board with the rest of the banking and corporate world....customers are treated only as workers and consumers nothing more. User's recommendation: Change to new banking service.
