am disgusted and disappointed in Bowflex!!! I have emailed your customer service 3 times due to never receiving my product. I cannot believe you treat your customers like this and to top it off you stole from me because my product was never delivered! Contact me ASAP 916-521-**** damon.kashtiban@***.com. I need answers now! Please escalate this message to the highest chain of command/manager at Bowflex. I am going to personally call and make sure my message was handled properly.
