Urgent Replacement of Sienna earbuds and case (not charging)

The charging port doesn't seem to charge - no LED lights are blinking when inserted into the power socket. Earbuds are not charging in the port as well. Have reached out to customer care and have also tried all necessary steps to fix, but nothing seems to work. Request for an urgent replacement as it is hampering my professional work as well as my workout routine. Contact - 750655**** User's recommendation: Would not recommend. Customer service is not prompt. You will feel very desperate once your product stops working. In spite of taking good care my 75t earbuds and charging port is not working and no response from customer support yet. Good luck if you want to rely on this product and feel helpless later.
