IHOP: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Re: IHOP#1444 NO Syrup Caddy The main reason I requested the old-fashioned syrup caddy because as you all are well aware of....pancakes absorb syrup! I was very DISAPPOINTED to receive two small packs of syrup for 4 pancakes! So, you have lost a very good customer! When I spoke to your on-duty manager, she said those small packs equal to the syrup caddy though I beg to differ! Deceptive advertising is what I gather! You all have lost a very good customer...to say the least of! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
