Upset for lack of customer care

Trying to find out why I got charged for an item I did not order, did not receive, do not have an account with. And there is no phone # to call, support is useless, they will respond if you give them a dollar. Really please I just want an answer to the charge. User's recommendation: If I was ever going to business with this co there is no chance now. I will continue to inform friends on what a poor co this is for help.
