Upset cannot get my spectrum app

Could not log into my spectrum app so went on line and was suggested to try to delete and reload app and had a message the app was no longer available. So I am paying for cable from spectrum and cannot watch on 2 of my televisions which are Roku.. I will not buy another roku tv if it is not user friendly... I do not want to have to download each app seperately with code.. very frustrated!
