I told him that we did not have dinner tonight and then it was the last bit of our money that we had and he said I am sorry. I thought that he could have at least call the store and let them redo the order so we could have dinner. Other than that he was nice. Unhappy customers that use cook out at least three or four times a week. Very disappointed.This evening we had cook out through the drive-through, and when we got home, we noticed that our okra was raw and mushy, my daughters bacon on her hamburger was totally raw and white, and when I bit into my burger, it was totally wrong and red. I called corporate because I could not get anyone to answer the phone at the store itself. I tried four times and the phone rang and rang. When I called corporate, I just spoke to a man named Curtis and he said that he would send us three tray Vaulters for the next time we dine at cookout. I guess I should have known something was up when we noticed that the drive thru lady was snappy from the beginning. User's recommendation: Maybe go, but look to make sure your food is done before leaving the parking lot.
