Ups won’t pick up my return

Hi, Thank you for taking the time. I purchased the LG tv. It wasnt to the liking of our family so I wanted to send it back. I called 3x with no success. Your reps were kind but gave me the wrong information. Ups would not pick the tv up without a return label and they do not provide me with one. And your customer service staff said that they would indeed bring it when they picked up the tv. I dont have a printer to copy from online. I felt so unappreciated. My sister went to the post office and made a copy to send to you. I User's recommendation: Know exactly what you want so that you don’t have to return the item.
