UPS won’t answer the calls with people

UPS has a setup system to avoid agents answering calls. First, a package is supposed to be delivered but days passed and no delivery. There is no way to know when it will be delivered, each passed day the message is the same, they tell you it will be delivered today, the next day the same thing and over and over. When you call the computer asks about the reason for your call otherwise you cant get passed that point and the second you choose (you have to choose from their limited options) they will just give you a regular tracking information. Pretty useless! User's recommendation: UPS doesn’t care if you need to know about your delayed delivery.
