I commend Mattress Firm Prescott Valley for the resolution. Art Garcia from Mattress Firm reached out to us with a solution to satisfy our concerns. To help speed up our credit, Art assured us he would close out the order as soon as we receive the bed. He also offered an additional discount to their Labor Day sale price for any inconvenience the situation may have caused. The correct mattress was delivered on 9/03/2020 as scheduled and the credit posted to our account on 9/14/2020, 22 days from the original error. I think Mattress Firm did their best with a bad situation. User's recommendation: Review all details carefully.
