I was not going to post more but I keep thinking about the experience. I did reach out one final time stating my case about my very late teacher planner and wrong address it was shipped to. I asked for a discount on a calendar. I was turned down. Their counter offer was 10.00. That was it. The woman was not polite. Terrible customer service. Erin Condren needs to look at Groves customer service. EC WILL ONLY MAKE EXCUSES and not rectify their errors. A company that doesnt believe in customer service is very questionable.
