Unused flights refund

Passenger no 1 ticket #075760****448 (Raymundo Diaz Gonzalez) Passenger no.2 ticket #075760****450 (Francine Diaz) We were not allowed to board plane as aal agents would not accept our covid 19 negative result form. That upset our entire itinerary. Had to make new plans/ itinerary. Did not use entire previous tickets. Seeking refund ($3693.64 of unused tickets. Impossible to contact anyone during triptrip User's recommendation: It was a very stressful situation. We’re not at an age to be so stressed. Yae, we were VERY pissed and disappointed. Please help.
