I'm not sure who communicated this information because when we purchased the in home service the customer service rep let us know that even if our children cut our seats burned our furniture and I have that employees name, she said everything would be replaced and now here we are with damages (not even to the extent as our kids damaging but the material itself is awful) made to our furniture and all of a sudden nothing can be done. I'm so seriously annoyed at this company I can't even begin... why the *** did I spend almost 7 grand only to get crap service. I wish I would have read reviews on this place before ordering I'll buy ikea any day you have a year to return your item if you don't like it or its damaged. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
