Unsatisfied with their entire system
First I have to prove my identity. They ask me several questions that have absolutely nothing to do with me! I call to inquire and three months later get a form in the mail I need to get notarized. Three weeks later, I receive an email - addressed to unknown person (with my email address), that they need more information to process their identity request. I tried to fax them, but the number on their email is disconnected. Is this company a scam, and is Aetna really going to let them have confidential patient information????
