Unsatisfactory treatment by QueensPark Store

I had an account with QueensPark Pavilion in Durban and I paid my account in full with an excess of about R180. Later when I needed to apply for a home loan I discovered my details were sent to ITC as someone who was owing the shop the amount that I had paid in excess. I registered the concern with RCS and was advised that a paid up letter will be issued to me within 48hours. I have been waiting for the fifth day now with no letter received. Each time I call at the RCS call centre asking to speak to the manager or supervisor I am told the manager is busy with another customer. I am beginning to think that the treatment I am getting from QueensPark and RCS is because I am a black person and do not deserve the urgent attention given to other very important customers. I have lost the property I wanted to buy because I could not get a home loan due to the misrepresentation of my account status by QueensPark stores. Additional to me loosing the property , I have to pay the estate agent because I did not honor the offer to purchase agreement I have signed. I have sent numerous email to RCS and QueensPark and still not received the paid up letter as promised. User's recommendation: Do not buy or open an account with QueensPark or any store in the RCS group.
