HORRIBLE!!! UNSAFE!!! LACKING CORPORATE CONTROL!!!! We hired US Coachways for my daughter's Bat Mtizvah on April 21, 2018. We have multiple reports from the kids on the bus that the driver had earbuds in both ears and was engaged in distracted driving (texting or doing something else on his mobile phone). In addition to the safety breach, he was rude to my daughter and her guests. When we communicated with US Coachways what my daughter and her friends reported to us, they did the following: 1. Stonewalled and did not get back to us in a timely manner 2. Said they would take immediate action with the driver 3. Blamed the company they subcontracted with and did not take responsibility 4. Apparently interviewed the driver - and took his word for it that the multiple teenagers who saw him with earbuds in two ears and being distracted by his phone were all lying.
