I needed a new laptop charger and ordered one with next day delivery. After 5 days I had not received the new charger, which apparently had only been sent for shipment after 4 days. I lost a lot of productive time at work because of the delay. This company seems to have issues meeting order demands or keeping track of orders. If you're in a hurry for your laptop charger, I'd look elsewhere.
