Unreliable and expensive

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday, paid extra for them to be delivered on Monday. They were NOT delivered. It's Tuesday and it says they're being delivered today. The person they're being sent to broke up with me yesterday. So now not only am I out because these rip off merchants charged me in USD not CAN which ended up adding over $20 to the price because I Live in Australia, I now look like a crazy person because they didn't arrive when they were supposed to. Useless help service doesn't bother replying so avoid this company like the plague.
