Unreasonable customer service

We were unaware that our svc went 4 days over billing period when we stopped it. We went to the Georgetown, Tx office to pay for the 4 days... WE WERE TOLD WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE WHOLE MONTH !!! This is terrible. Why can't our bill be prorated??? We are 74 and 88 living in a retirement community, I think they feel they can take advantage of older people!!!! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!!!!
