Unprofessional Dealership
I took my car to get service on 8/2/2018 at @ 7 AM Thursday Morning at the Clay Cooley Nissan in Dallas off of 20. My car AC went out and I want my car to be fixed right. However, the service that I received at this location is so by far unreal and rude. The customer service sucks bad and not once did they apologize when I bought to their attention. I dropped car off at 7AM and by 3PM that same day I still haven't heard anything. I called Clay Cooley and they transferred me to 3 different people while being on hold for 15 minutes. I had to hung up call back 4 different times before I actually got someone. They told me that my car was being worked on. How can that be when I have no clue what's going on. How much it will be? Do they just repair work on people cars without even informing the customer? No one knew nothing. So since I was not there, they will do whatever they want? How did they know I had the money to move forward with repairing the car? Another issue, the shuttle dropped me off at work and I asked to be picked up at 4PM. I confirmed the time on the sign in sheet at Clay Cooley, the driver, and once again when I called to speak to representative at Clay Cooley. Mind you its out in the month July in Texas (98 degrees that day). I waited outside for driver 45 minutes. Yes, the driver showed up at 4:45 PM. I did not receive no phone call or email that he will be late as a curiosity. Once I seen driver all he said was, "How long where you outside"? This is ridiculous. I am ashamed to say that I have a Nissan car. This has been the second incident that Ive had with them that the service was bad. The first time I tried to overlook it but I cant keep overlooking situation after situation. I have heard from many people that Clay Cooley Nissan in Dallas has the worst Customer Service and now I will have to agree with them. I will not EVER visit this dealership again and I will be trading in my Nissan Maxima very soon just because I can not deal with the disrespect and unprofessionalism that I received at Clay Cooley Nissan in Dallas. Sincerely, No longer a Nissan Customer
