we bought long tiles from CTM, got sample to show our tiler, got a quote. when we opened the boxes the tiles were all bowed to a very big extend, nothing like the sample. Took us almost double the money to put them on the tiler had to use clips to keep them straight. so much time. when we called them they washed they hand saying was our responsibility! what a ***! they should have known and told us about the problem therefore we could have made a decision, we are taking them to court. very unprofessional. They call themselves sales consultant!!!
