At 12:23 on June 2nd (Temecula, Ca), I placed an order via DoorDash to Steak n Shake. Upon receiving my order, I notice my items was incomplete (for the second consecutive time). For that reason, I immediately drove to Steak n Shake to inform the manager of my grievance. The manager was not empathetic grievances. She told me that she was to busy for a discussion and walk away. User's recommendation: Bad management, means bad business.
