I rented for one year with Kappel & Kappel Property managment in Vacaville, Ca. It is a nice community and mostly nice people. The company had an agent that competely lost her way and yelled at a pre=inspection walk though. I disagreed with her and wrote an e-mail to the president of the company. It was ignored. Finally got through inspection process and per their contract I had to mediate a disagreement before going to court. I got a mediator and company refused to mediate even though their own contract requires it! Their motto is friendship and trust. HAH
