We had to board the flight FZ1207 from DXB - MLE at 02:00 AM on July 19th . We were at the airport and checked in as well, but to my surprise, there was no announcement, no call to us to board the flight. we reached at the gate sharp at 02:00 am after checking the display board - but the staff who was there did not let us board the flight and when we checked it later - it showed that the flight was 30 minutes delayed. Unfortunately, we missed our flight and had to buy the the tickets for EK657 which costed us AED 6500, we were not at fault as we checked in and were waiting at the airport.
