I moved from Brandon several months ago. I called Bell MTS to finalize my last rate payment before I moved, woman said it was all done. Internet was cut off and I paid my final bill before I moved. Now they want $30.00, claiming I didn't make my last payment?! Customer service guy was nasty, rude, hateful, and he screamed and cursed at me, because I said I already paid off my account before I moved! Now Bell MTS is trying to SCAM ME into paying them more money!!! HOW is this place NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN by the government?? User's recommendation: Use ANY other company, NEVER use Bell MTS!!
