Their service is unpleasant. They have deceptive pricing guidelines. And their customer service team members just read from scripts as well as cannot offer any real assist or service. What a scam. What a horrible decision this was to arrive to this company! Looks aS like someone set this account up for us. Anyways went to cancel it today and the lady would not cancel the account, for 11 minutes we went round & round. NO I just want to cancel this, SAID her he is wasting my time and money and hung up on me, after I told her could not wait to rate this joke of a business on YP! Called back and they did cancel it! !I would stay far far away from this organisation.
