My husband was hospitalized in Feb.of this year for 2 days. As I was told by a customer service representative hospitalization is covered up to 70%. To date not one cent has been paid. I visited the ER for an eye injury in October of last year and that has not been paid. In each case the hospital has been told that our coverage was cancelled but that is a lie because I have auto pay and they haven't missed a payment! I am now getting calls from the doctors for payment! Am filing a complaint with the BBB. payments. I stress my m stress of User's recommendation: Don't go with Adroit, it's a scam! I wish I could give them zero stars.
