As a door dasher it's our duty to make sure the customer is satisfied with their delivery, if not we get rated bad service because of it. When a customer calls during delivery and asks for a 2 oz cup of salsa, an employee of Qdoba shouldn't try to charge the customer or dasher for that, it should be automatic to over deliver and make the customer happy. User's recommendation: If you're a customer, you should be aware that Qdoba will Nickle and Dime you for trivial things like condiments.
