Unnecessary repeated denials
I contacted Venmo the end of last week about unnecessary denials. I was told my account was flagged for whatever reason and there was nothing that could be done from their end. Today we had a family member that needed funds for an emergency doctor visit for a 4 week old. It continued to deny me again and again!! Im so frustrated and very upset. This is how we help family members out. My account needs to get fixed ASAP. I dont want to be told to just keep trying or there is nothing that can get done. Thats ridiculous customer service. I need my account to work please!!! Kathy User's recommendation: Customer service is helpless.
