Unlock my iPhone

I have purchased an iPhone 7 from cricket and I had cricket for over one year now when I try to switch my phone to T-Mobile cricket told me my phone was locked Ive been trying to get it unlocked for over 14 days now and every time I call they give me the runaround and keep me on hold for over an hour User's recommendation: As this I would not recommended cricket.
