My mom has Lewy Body Dementia and I signed my mom up with United Health care in Oct/Nov 2016. I have now faxed to them 5 times the POA I have on my mom and had to call today 2-27-17 5 times just to get the name of the Mail Order Co and review with them what medications are on the formulary with them and which ones are not. I spoke to a Jonh at 4:25PM today 2-27 and called back because he was not able to assist me even after I faxed the POA again for the 5th time today. Then I spoke to a David C. No help. Spoke to a Lynn she was no better. 4th call I just hung up. 5th Call I spoke to Shawn who put some guy on the phone whom claimed to be the CS Supervisor. So my question is how many times does it take for UHC to receive a fax showing I am my mothers POA? Mind you I have all the proof of Fax recieved. now if I am sending the fax to the wrong fax number a consumer can only go by the Fax number being provided by the skill lacking Customer Support representative that truly does not give a care for those they claim to insure. Worst company ever. I will see what I can do to remove my mother from this awful company. I was going to put my aunt on this plan too, but after today's pleasantry's I am out. I love how you can get the names of all the VP's for UHC Group but no mention of an email. They just want the names out there and they get paid their millions and they just dont care about the everyday AMERICAN CITIZENS that have paid into this Medicare program and this is how our Seniors are treated handled. Shame on you UHC!!!! YOU SUCK.
