Unit not working

Poor customer service no on responds I have been trying for weeks to contact someone about this issue to no avail. Don't order anything from this company they are a rip off. They take you money and you don't get any satisfaction. You are left with an item that doesn't work. Run fast away from these people. User's recommendation: Run fast away from this company. There a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!
