Unit never has worked properly

Installed a 240A in new build. Have had nothing but issues. Error code E012 several times a week. Have done what is asked to try to get it to not shut off. Customer service/techs have not been helpful. Plumber wont call back (he has been out here multiple times to fix unit). Naviens advice pay a licensed plumber to come out and check unit out. Spend more money!! Wont b User's recommendation: Install tank heater.

We bought such a boiler, I also want to warn against buying. It seems to me that it is not worth such money. He makes noise all the time. The water is hot, then almost cold.
