UNION STREET GUEST HOUSE near Catskills is horrible!No hot water, broken electrical outlets, human hair left on the sheets as if the bed was not changed with a clean set and to top it all off the room smelled like rotten food. Not worth the money! After calmly explaining the issue I was informed I could stay elsewhere or I could leave and come back in four to five hours but I would not get a refund. I did not even ask for a refund but that was their main concern. After I checked out I was then warned that if I posted a negative review I would be fined 500 dollars.I cancelled the credit card and I am posting my negative and scathing review.
