We ordered a couch 5 months ago which the sales men claimed would be here in 2 months. Every time we call to see if our special order couch is in (which we had to pay extra for) we get a rude and short, its not in and theres nothing I can do about it. Well have your sales man call you back. He of course never calls us. We keep calling and each time are told a different date that we now believe they just make up to try and please us and prevent us from getting our money back and paying someone else. Each time they have eventually given us a date its the next month. We are going on 6 months without a couch and will no answers. We will never shop here again. User's recommendation: Don’t shop here.
