Unhelpful Customer Service Representatives

My conditoner was damaged. My liter pump was broken and when speaking to a customer service representative all she could say was that she “didn’t know”. I am unsure of why your customer service reps do not know how to help the customers and cannot tell me an educated guess of how long it will take to revieve my return label and then receive my new items. It’s a shame because I would never treat customers with that type of attitude. I was so excited to receive my items and purchase from them again but not if this is how I am going to be treated. I would consider returning all my items but I don’t know if I would ever receive the return labels to get my money back.
