They say they guarantee your happiness--that pertains to their service, not their products. I bought 2 dog treat 3 month subscriptions. Neither my dog, or my son's dog would eat 1 of the 2 treats they sent. Called them--they said sorry about that but we don't replace them with anything else or give you a credit. Once you join, if you are unhappy with any product you receive, you're stuck with it--now that's great customer service! User's recommendation: Avoid ordering dog treat club.
