Unhappy with Sears Repair

Being billed for diagnostic charge, but we wrote a check that day, the repairman took a picture of it and gave it back. Tried to contact Sears billing, but their website is a nightmare, takes you in circles, and does not address contacting a billing support person. Their phone numbers are just as bad, and you get 'support' people with heavy accents that you can't understand. One basically hung up on me so he wouldn't have to keep repeating himself. User's recommendation: Steer clear of Sears.
