Ordered 2 recliners. One looked okay the second recliner had scratched up platform and terrible stitching on the arms. Called customer service and they said it would be replaced. So far no new platform and the new arm has stitching worse than the original. Pictures were taken each time and I was told they would fix the problem. Problem not even close to being fixed. User's recommendation: Do not buy anything la-z-boy.
