Unhappy with quality of items and inability to speak to a customer service representative

I have ordered and returned 2 items - the first had a moth hole. The second was dirty. And Im trying to return a third item that has multiple moth holes. I want to speak to a customer service representative to change my return from a thredUP credit to a full refund. I dont want to do business with this sloppy company any more. User's recommendation: Don’t order from thredUP.
