I purchased 3 colors from Ion and they have really let me down. I got the hottie pink, purple, and magenta in semi-permanent and they all had washed out so much in a week and a half that my hair looked like I dyed it 3 months prior. I would like replacements for these products, or maybe coupons. If given replacements i would like to try the permanent because i do not want semi again, please. I purchased from Sally's online and i can send a picture of the order and number if needed. User's recommendation: Try permanent.
