My husband and I bought a triple-wide modular home in 1999,we have since had 3 different mortgage companys, Green Tree,Green Point, and Ditech. Up until now we have never had any complaints, recently the hurricane damaged my home in 2018, I filed a claim with the insurance company that is included in with the mortgage company of Ditech which is Assurance Insurance, I received a claims check which I was to sign and return to Ditech for their signature. I never received my check and was told, your behind on your payments, we wont forward your claims check until payments are made, this has been going on for one year and now another hurricane has come and gone and my home is being destroyed because no money from my insurance company is coming in to do repairs, what am I to do PLEASE HELP!!!!
