Ive purchased many new Harleys since my first in 1999 , 11 total. I dont know whos idea it was to strip down the Ultra limited . I just purchased a ordered 2021 . When I got it I realized they no longer come with a heal shifter , trunk and hard bag luggage, Chrome fender tips are gone , one key fob , and my biggest gripe, no chrome rims. Whats next no painted inner fairing, or trunk rack . This used to be a nice upgrade to a Ultra. Now its a Ultra with a painted inner fairing. I will never buy another new bike till Ive seen the changes . Very disappointed! User's recommendation: Buy a street glide special, and add a trunk.
