Unhappy about my service

My very expensive shoes were delivered, but not to me. I ordered the shoes from you not a third party. I am very upset, that you have passed me to someone else and I didnt pay them. You have my money and I have no shoes. I expect someone to contact me and let me know how you plan to handle this. I was home the entire day it was supposedly delivered. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I am tired of being passed off to an automated system
