Unhappiness of automated phone service

Would like an option to go directly to a customer service representative. Automated system hung up on me twice while I was trying to pay my sons auto billing!!! Finally, a service representative came on and everything was handled quickly!! My kids are with GEICO because I used to be with it, but changed because of the push for online or automated service User's recommendation: See first line above.
