Ordered $150 worth of product 11/24/17. Now 1/6/18 and still have not received it. Can not contact V2 by e-mail,live chat or by phone. Live chat is not on line. E-mail does not respond and phone offers only, please leave a message.Have been using V2 for five or more years with sometimes good service and often unacceptable. Hate to go with another co. because of batteries and cartridges left that can only be used with their products. I have learned to keep and inventory on hand to allow for slow order fulfillment. I have been finding lately that their batteries and cartridges are not of the same quality as they were in the beginning. I am NOT a happy camper.
