Unfair treatment of having to pay on a verbal, not written, contract and Brinks will not work with me to settle this. I will not have service for two years and they want to drain me of money.

I am a widow and am on a fixed income. I had Brinks and they raised the rates on me which hurt me financially. I called them and asked for a reduction of rates and they added two years on my contract and put my rate at $30.99 a month. Five months later I found I could not live alone. I am moving in with my son and family. They will not work with me after talking to 3 different people and are going to charge me every month for the next two years. I will be paying for no service, no nothing. They are bullies!! User's recommendation: Do not get Brinks Home Security. They will not work with you!!
